Reasons For Refusal:
- The garage would be inappropriate in this location, due to the pitched roof over the garage causing a detrimental impact by being overbearing on the neighbouring property Crossways, and would be an un-neighbourly development.
- This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
