Re: PA05/01714/B – Conversion of offices to a pair of semi detached dwellings 12 Bridson Street, Port Erin
The above mentioned application has been considered by the Network Planning Section and the following observations will be forwarded to the Planning Committee of the Department of Local Government and the Environment as the response of the Director of Highways on behalf of the DOT Highways Client Group.
No adverse traffic impacts subject to the imposition of the following condition(s):
Condition(s):
- Two off street parking spaces are to be provided within the curtilage of each property.
- The vehicle crossings over the highway footways are to be constructed to Department of Transport standards.
Reason:
- To ensure adequate access and vehicle parking facilities and in the interests of road safety.
