Officer's Report

The rooflight will be installed on the front elevation of the property. Other properties have installed large rooflights. This proposal would match the rooflights in the street scene. I do not feel the proposal will cause significant harm to the visual amenities of the street scene. I therefore recommend that planning permission be granted.
