Officer's Report

The application seeks approval for the continued use of part of the Viking Aparthotel as offices for Charthouse Group International.

Approval was previously granted through the approval of 01/00459/C for a period of four years. There are no objections to this current planning application and I am not aware of any reported problems arising from the use. On that basis I can see no reason not permit the continuation of the use and believe that it is unnecessary to apply another time limiting condition. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
