The proposal is the erection of new dwelling to replace existing dwelling and extension to out building to provide storage and boiler room. Many your farm has been substantially altered in its lifetime. There is a man body of a house that could be of a considerable age, however, this manifests itself only as stone walls. A site inspection reveals that previous 'refurbishments' have been total, removing virtually all internal detailing including chimney, fireplaces, windows and even, it appears, roof timbers.
