Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This approval relates to the submitted documents and in drawing number 107 received on the 27th September 2005, and in drawings numbered 111 O, 112 Rev O, 113 C and 114 I all received on 28th October 2005 and 12th January 2006.
- Four off street parking spaces are to be provided to serve the needs of the development.

- The proposed accommodation above the double garage extension may be used only in association with "The Dolls House" and for purposes ancillary to the use of "The Dolls House" as a single dwelling house.
NOTE Applicant to consult with the Fire Safety Department as the premises (may) fall within the scope of the Isle of Man Fire Precautions Flat Regulations 1996.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
