In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the alterations and extensions shown in drawings reference SC821/SK/10-03A received on 22nd September, 2005, 01, 02 and 03 received on 26th September, 2005.
- A corridor 9m wide must be maintained between the river banks and any development under the terms of the Land Drainage Act 1934 in order for the
Department of Transport (or its successors) to carry out maintenance works on the river.
NOTE The Chief Fire Officer recommends the installation of mains wired interconnected domestic smoke detection.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
