In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:
Name: Mr Ian Cochrane Proposal: Erection of a timber workshop shed in garden of at: Mountain View Main Road Ballaugh Isle Of Man IM7 5EF
which was considered on 12 October 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of a timber shed as shown in 1486-1 received on 4th August 2005 and letter from Ian Cochrane dated 7th October 2005.
- No existing tree or shrub indicated on the approved plans to be retained shall be cut down, grubbed out, topped, lopped or uprooted without the written consent of the planning authority. Any such tree or shrub removed without such consent or dying, becoming seriously damaged or diseased within a period of 5 years from
the completion of the development shall be replaced in the next planting season with another of similar size and species, unless the planning authority gives written consent to any variation.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
