Officer's Report
The application seeks approval for the erection of an extension onto an existing agricultural building within a farm holding in Marown.
There are no objections to the planning application. Given the extent of the amount of land farmed by the applicant I would accept that there is sufficient agricultural need for the extension. The impact of the extension should be reasonably limited as it sits well with the existing building. I recommend that the planning application be approved.
