Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of an existing building on Port St. Mary Promenade fronting onto Chapel Bay. The property is an attractive four storey building with projecting bay.
Proposed here is the replacement of an existing portch on the front. This is made from painte plywood and it is proposed to provide a more substantial porch made from a wooden framed with slated roof.
This has no adverse impact on the appearance of the property.
