Officer's Report
The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling located on the western side of the Glen Chass Road in between a number of other properties with open space to the south west.
Proposed here is the installation of a conservatory and French doors.
The house is a modern one and the installation of the French doors on the frton elevation will require modification of the existing bay window. The replacement of another ground floor front elevation
window with patio doors is unobjectionable and the conservatory will be 27m by 3.9m and located at the side of the property. This will be very close to the boundary but this borders open space so this will not adversely affect any neighbouring property.
There are no objections.
