In pursuance of his powers under the above Acts and Order the MINISTER for Local Government and the Environment, following report by the appointed person, does hereby APPROVE the application by Mr R Britnell for the erection of a radio mast and aerial for private use at Westhill Farm, Jurby Road, Lezayre subject to the conditions specified on the attached schedule and numbered 1-5.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, byelaw, order or regulation.

- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the erection of an extendable mast as shown on drawing numbers 1623/1, 1623/2, 1623/3 and 1623/4 date stamped 25 August 2005 and supplemental information date stamped 25 August 2005.
- At all times when the mast is not in use for reception or transmission it shall be lowered to its fully retracted height.
- The development hereby permitted shall be retained for a limited period being the period during which the premises are occupied by Mr Robert Barden. Within one month of him ceasing to occupy the premises the permitted mast shall be removed from the property.
- No development shall take place until the applicant, or his agent, has agreed in writing with the planning authority a scheme to enable archaeological recording ahead of groundwork associated with the development. The development shall be carried out in accordance with that scheme.
