The property is an existing terraced property fronting onto Church Street and backing onto a rear lane. The property lies within Peel's CA and within an area of Mixed use although the majority of properties are residential.
Proposed here is the extension of the existing rear yard taking it up to the wall onto the rear lane. This raises slightly the boundary wall with number 8 but not to an extent that this would adversely affect the amenities of this property.
