Officer's Report
The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling situated at the end of a terrace on the western side of Four Roads, to the south of the roundabout. The site is within an area designated on the 1982 Plan as Residential.
Proposed here is the creation on the southern elevation of the rear annex, of a clock which is two storeys high and mechanism for which continues from the clock face which is at roof level, to the ground. This is a very unusual feature but one which should not cause any disadvantage to the neighbours.
