Conservation Officer Report Note

30 Douglas Street is located within the Deel Conservation Area. This is a Retrospective Application for the Information of a wooden external staircase to the near to provide full access from the Second floor of the property. The Assistant Conservation Officer visited the near lane between Bowley Spittall and the rear of 30 Douglas Street in an attempt to photograph the staircase. He was unable to do it is not visible.
