NOTE This approval is for the staircase only and does not give approval for a separate unit of self contained accommodation. This would need to be the subject of a separate planning application.
This decision was made by the Planning Committee constituted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Schedule 1 of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
