This application relates to a detached house on Peel Road, Glen Vine.
Previously permission was granted for a double garage and a two storey extension to the side of the house in 2004 (PA 04/02498/B).
This application seeks to replace the two storey side extension with retaining the garden room on the ground floor but adding a pitched roof instead of the current flat roof. This will have less impact than the permitted two storey extension and will have no adverse impact on either neighbouring properties or on the general amenity of the area.
