This application relates to detached dwelling at 5 Links Close in Peel.

The proposal is to erect a small conservatory to the rear of the property.

Previous approval was granted (PA 01/00659/B) for a conservatory to the side of the house (3.1m x 3.1m) on 31 August 2001. This is not shown as having been implemented and the approval will soon be out of time if it has not commenced on site. Even if it were to be built the proposal for this extension would still be considered reasonable.

The conservatory is fairly small, will not be out of keeping with the house, will not cause any unacceptable overlooking of neighbouring properties or on the area in general and is therefore acceptable.
