C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

C 2. This approval relates to drawing no.s K033/P/10-01, K033/P/10-02, K033/P/10-03, K033/P/11-01, K033/P/11-02 and K033/P/11-03 date stamped the 3rd June 2005.

C 3. There must be no discharge of surface water (including that from roofs and paved areas) from the development to any foul drainage system(s).

N 1. The applicant is recommended to consult the Fire Safety Department with regards to its Fire Certificate under the Fire Precautions Act 1975.
