This application relates to a semi detached house in Oak Road, Ballawattleworth, Peel.
The proposal is to extend over the existing garage and utility room to enlarge two of the bedrooms.
The design of the extension is in keeping with the rest of the property. There will be no adverse overlooking of other properties since the front looks over the main road through the estate and faces the side of the dwelling opposite, and to the rear any overlooking will be no greater than from the existing windows of the neighbouring property.
There will be no adverse impact on the amenities of neighbouring properties or on the area in general.
