Schedule Of Conditions:

1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

1. This approval relates to drawing no. 5163/1/1 date stamped the 16th June 2005.

1. The unit hereby created by this approval must be used as tourist accommodation only.

1. The proposed conversion must be provided with new, direct connections to the existing foul sewer that are independent of those serving any adjacent premises.

NOTE For a change in the water supply to a premises (domestic or commercial) the applicant should contact the Isle of Man Water Authority Byelaws Inspector (Les Quayle), telephone 695957.

NOTE The applicant is advised to consult with the Disability Access Officer in relation to access and facilities which are suitable for wheelchair users.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.

Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.

Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -

• the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
• any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
• the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
• any appeal has been completed.
