Officer's Report
The site represents the domestic curtilage of an existing dwelling located on the western side of the Ballakilpheric Road from Belle Abbey dairy farm to the Ballakillowey Road.
Previously planning permission was granted under PA 04/2548 for an extension on the northern elevation. Now proposed is a modification to this including the replacement of the existing windows with plastic-framed sliding sashes with internal glazing bars and a new paved aptio at the rear. None of these changes adversely affect the property and there are no objections to the application.

C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This permission relates to the installation of replacement windows and the creation of a paved patio, all as shown in the drawings reference 04/2069/01, -02 and -12A and the window details, all received on 23rd June, 2005.
