which was considered on 15 August 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This permission relates to the use of the premises shown in the plans received on 28th June, 2005 as an estate agency.
NOTE The applicant should note that planning permission is required for the installation of new signage.
NOTE The applicant is encouraged to ensure that access for staff and customers is available to all including unassisted wheelchair users and that all counters and the
internal layout is convenient for all including the disabled. The advice of the Disability Access Officer is recommended in this respect.
NOTE PRIOR to the commencement of any works the applicant is advised to consult the Chief Fire Officer to ensure that adequate fire precautions are taken.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
