Officer's Report
This application relates to a mid terraced house in factory Lane Peel. It is within the Peel Conservation Area. The proposal is to replace an existing rear dormer window with a larger dormer window which will replicate the one next to it. Approval was granted for a three storey extension to the property in 1999 including a dormer window.
There will be no greater overlooking of any neighbouring properties than there is at present. The proposed window will match with the existing window and will therefore be of acceptable appearance within the Conservation Area.
