Officer's Report
The application relates to a semi-detached house on the corner of Cushag Drive and Oak Road in Peel.
The proposal is to erect a conservatory 4 metre x 3 metres to the rear of the house.
The conservatory is located 2 metres away from the boundary with the neighbouring semi-detached house and there is a high wooden fence between the two properties. the design of the coservatory is acceptable. It is therefore considered there will be no adverse impact on the neighbouring property or on the area in general.
