Please find below the Commissioners decisions in relation the planning applications considered by them at their meeting on the 14th June 2005.
PA05 00093/B - Yewley Properties Ltd - Land rear of Sunnybank, Union Mills, Braddan – Amended Plans. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0841 - The Falls, Tromode - Alteration/extension to create additional living accommodation including extended garage/granny flat. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
PA05 00851 - Strang Road, Braddan - Extension of existing garage to form new utility and an extension above the existing garage to form third bedroom with en-suite.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0855 – River Walk, Braddan Hills – Re-rendering to ground floor front, back and gable end walls, including chimney. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 00857 - Apartment 4, Mount Rule House, Braddan - Replacement White uPVC Cottage Style windows with external glazing bars. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
PA05 00871 - Hedgerow Cottage, East Baldwin - Demolition of existing flat roofed rear extension and the erection of a new rear extension, new conservatory and internal alterations to existing dwelling.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0876 - Proposed internal alterations and sun room extension to rear elevation - Troutbeck, Strang Road, Union Mills. The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application. PA05 0881 - Retrospective - Erection of a replacement shed to the rear of a property in Close Y Locker.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application, subject to a condition requiring that the shed is relocated a distance of 2 metres away from the existing boundary between the semi-detached properties.
PA05 00903 - Construction of 2 No. detached executive dwellings with integral garages - land adjacent to Corneil, Quine's Hill, Port Soderick.
The Commissioners would recommend approval of the above application.
