This application relates to a mid terraced house in the Southern terrace of St German's Place Peel.
Approval was given in April 2005 for the removal of an existing outside toilet, oil tank and flat roofed single storey annex and its replacement with a new glazed single storey annex. This application seeks to increase the approved extension by 250mm into the rear hardstanding.
The proposed alteration is minor and will have no adverse impact.
