Officer's Report
The application is not in a Conservation Area nor is a Registered Building. The windows on the front elevation already have uPVC. The existing door is currently colour coated blue. The replacement door will also be blue. The design of the door is similar to the existing. I consider the proposal will not have a negative effect on the visual amenities of the street scene.
