In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby REFUSE the following application made on behalf of:

Reasons For Refusal:
- The proposed dwelling house by reason of its size, design, height and massing would be contrary to Planning Circulars 1/88 and 3/91 in that it would introduce a disproportionately large dwellinghouse with uncharacteristic features into a rural locality.
- This review has been considered by the Planning Committee on written evidence. Any additional submissions not previously circulated to interested parties are enclosed herewith.
