Officer’s Report
This application relates to the boundary of Snugborough Farm and the rear acess road to garages behind houses in Cronk Geannal.
The proposal is to erect a new boundary fence just over 2 metres high to replace the existing broken wire fence. They state the fence is required to address health and safety issues since there is a difference in height levels between the road and the land behind and to prevent fowl from the adjacent property annoying residents.
The fence will not have a detrimental impact on the general amenity of the area and is required in this location and is therefore acceptable.
