Schedule Of Conditions:
- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the re-roofing of the garage roof, installation of roof light therein and the conversion of the garage to living accommodation, all as shown in drawing reference 32.1.05 received on 18th May, 2005 and the site plan received on 11th July, 2005.

This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
