C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. This approval relates to the installation of a ramped access as shown in drawings 05/2113/01, -02, -03 and -04 all received on 20th May. 2005.
N 1. The Disability Access Officer recommends the gradient of the ramp not exceed 1 in 12 and that handrails should be fitted on both sides with a contrast in colour for those who are visually impaired.
