Officer's Report
The site represents the residential curtilage of an existing property at the north eastern end of Rhenwyllan estate, facing north east across Gansey headland.
Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory on the reare elevation. This will measure 5m in projection from the rear wall of the dwelling and 4.3m in width. The structure will have a brickwork dwarf wall and will rise to 3.5m in height to the ridge.
The conservatory will project towards the front garden o the property behind, which fronts onto the estate road. As this will be closest to the front of the house I can see no overlooking problems as a result of this proposal and indeed there are no objections.
