The site relates to 12 Carrick Court, Bay View Road, Port St Mary. Number 12 is the top apartment.

It is proposed to replace a small dormer window within a balcony which will extend down to eaves level. Also proposed is a glazed lantern above the kitchen area to replace a roof light. This would be positioned to the rear of the existing tower.

The changes will not be noticeable and are judged to be acceptable.
