Officer's Report

The site represents the curtilage of a new children’s resource centre, approved under PA 02/02097 and 03/1267.

The site is presently being developed.

Proposed here is an amendment to the approved scheme in the form of the installation of two rooflights, one in the northern pitch and the other in the southern pitch both in the centre of the building.

These do not have any adverse impact on the appearance of the building or its impact on the area. There are no objections.
