Officer's Report

Approval was granted under PA 02/1632 for the erection of a staircase between the Bayqueen hotel and the proposed apartment building.

Originally the roof was to be hipped taken up to a single main ridge. This application proposes a flat section on top of the roof for ease of construction.

Steve Moore has viewed the plans and has no objections.

Given that the change is relatively minor and will only be seen from a distance, the application is judged acceptable.
