Time limit
The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.

Landscaping scheme
All planting, seeding or turfing comprised in the landscaping scheme submitted must be carried out in the first planting and seeding seasons following the completion of the development or the occupation of the accommodation, whichever is the sooner. Any trees or plants which within a period of five years from the completion of the development die, are removed, or become seriously damaged or diseased must be replaced, in the next planting season with others of a similar size and species.
Use restriction
The accommodation shall be used either as tourist accommodation or for purposes ancillary to the residential use of the dwelling known as "Ballamoar Farm".
Seasonal tourist letting
The building must be used only as tourist accommodation between 1st March and 31st October each year. It must be let to bona fide tourists only and each individual letting period must not exceed 4 weeks.
Roof materials
The roof(s) must be finished in dark natural slate.
