In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 17 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- The use must be taken up within four years of the date of this notice in order for this approval to remain valid after that time.
- This approval relates to the location plan and floor plans date stamped the 30th March 2005.
- Prior to the commencement of the use hereby approved there must be two allocated off street car parking spaces available solely for use by the development.
- The use hereby permitted must be limited to undertakings directly associated to the operation, administration and general maintenance of the surrounding building.
NOTE The applicant is recommended to consult with the Fire Safety Department to ensure that adequate fire safety precaution measures are put in place.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
