In pursuance of powers granted under the above Acts and Order the Department of Local Government and the Environment does hereby APPROVE the following application made on behalf of:

which was considered on 3 June 2005, subject to compliance with the conditions specified below.

Schedule Of Conditions:
- This approval relates to the erection of an agricultural building as detailed on the drawings submitted on 10th March 2005. The building shall be removed in its entirety from the site and the ground reinstated to its former condition within 2 years of the date that this decision becomes final or within 8 weeks of the completion of the building approved under PA 01/0980, whichever is the sooner.
- The building shall be used for agricultural purposes only.
NOTE Planning approval for PA 01/0980 will lapse on 11th October 2005.
This decision was made by the Director of Planning in accordance with powers delegated to him under Paragraph 2 (6) (b) of the Isle of Man Planning Scheme (Development Plan) Order 1982.
Note 1: This permission refers only to that required under the Town and Country Planning Acts and does not include any consent or approval under any other enactment, bylaw, order or regulation.
Note 2: No works may be commenced until such time as -
- the time for requesting a review of the initial decision has expired; or
- any review of the initial decision has been completed; or
- the time for requesting an appeal in relation to the decision has expired; or
- any appeal has been completed.
