Replacement garage and new conservatory. Approved b) 05/0448. Plot 12, Carrick Bay View, Ballagawne Road. Southside Development Ltd. amendments to proposed dwelling (re-submission). Approved

c) 05/0640. Rosecroft, Ballakilpheric Road. Miss J Eastwood Evans. Two storey extension to accommodate new bedroom and kitchen; new roof over existing bathroom. Demolish and re-build existing back-porch. Approved

d) 05/0603. Cregville, Cregneash. Ms. S M R Shimmin. Replace wood-framed porch windows and door with hard wood frames and door to integrate with newly installed hardwood windows. All woodwork to be oiled rather than painted for ease of maintenance and appearance. Approved.

e) 05/0638. Grian-agh, Surby Road. J E Warren. Detached garage to be built on existing site. Approved

f) 05/0612. Braeside, Glen Chass Raod. Extension to rear dormer and installation of new roof lights to rear. Approved.

g) 05/0658. Rushen Primary School, Church Road. Dept. of Education. New double doors inserted into existing window opening; form new entrance ramp and guarding/handrail. Approved
