It is proposed to erect a conservatory on the rear elevation and enlarge the existing garage to form a double garage with two doors.
A distance of 2.7 metres would be retained to the ditch which forms the boundary with the neighbour. There would be no adverse impact on the appearance of the dwelling or on any other property.
