Officer's Report

The property is an existing terraced property located on the western side of The Crofts within Castletown's Conservation Area.

Proposed here is the erection of a conservatory over the existing glazed structure on the rear of the property. Being a glazed structure it should not impede the light or view of the neighbouring property to the north (that to the south will not be affected as there is a solid-walled annex separating the proposed structure from this house).

There are no objections.
