Officer's Report

The site relates to Wystryn, Bay View Road, Port Erin.

It is proposed to widen the pedestrian access to allow a vehicle to park off the highway. A new gateway to the rear garden area is also proposed.

There would appear to be a garage to the rear accessed off the rear lane. Notwithstanding this, the application is considered acceptable and will not detract from the property or the streetscene.
