Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of number 16 Malew Street close to its junction with Bank Street in the heart of Castletown's Conservation Area. Proposed is the erection of a small summer house in the rear garden which stretches down to the Quay, close to Castle Rushen.
The summer house would be on an elevated position, replacing an existing tank and would not be out of keeping with the area.
