C 1. The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
C 2. Prior to the erection of the summer-house, there must be submitted to and approved by the Planning Committee an accurate 1:500 site plan showing the position of the summerhouse to scale.
C 3. Subject to condition (2) above, this approval relates to the submitted drawings which are date-stamped 23rd March 2005.
