Surface water drainage
There must be no discharge of surface water to the main foul sewer.
no objections to amended application subject to note and condition on surface water and engineering advice
no objection; note applicant to contact for single dwelling water connection
unlikely to object as infilling
Port St Mary Commissioners initially raised concerns about structural stability of neighbouring property and surface water drainage but withdrew objections on condition that notes/conditions address these via building control and soakaway; IoM Water Authority requested standard water connection condition; other consultees had no substantive objections.
