Perhaps, so as to not delay the application any longer, if I have not received a response by 20/09/2021, it will be assumed that you have no issues and I will proceed to a decision based on the recommended condition being included.

I am happy to recommend approval to the above application subject to the following condition. Please can you confirm if you would be happy with this condition?
“The glazing bars hereby approved must be externally fitted and retained as such thereafter.
Reason: In the interest of maintaining the character and appearance of the dwelling and streetscene.”
The application form indicates internal glazing bars which I feel would be inappropriate here and I’m not convinced I would be happy to support the proposals is they were internal.
