- The development hereby permitted shall commence before the expiration of four years from the date of this notice.
- This permission relates to the installation of a canopy and new shopfront as shown in drawing numbers 202, 203, 204, 308 and Conservation Area Statement prepared by KPP Architects date stamped 28th March 2011.

Any appeal against this decision must be in writing and must be received by this Department within 21 days of the date of this notice.
