Officer's Report
The site represents the curtilage of Peel's Town Hall, situated on the northern side of Derby Road. The building is not particularly old or of a particularly attractive design or appearance and presently has a horizontally proportioned window which is to be replaced with an identical one which is double-glazed. There should be no adverse impact as a result of this proposal. Both existing and proposed frames are timber.
