The site represents the domestic curtilage of a new semi-detached house situated on the north eastern side of the new Ballawattleworth estate.
Proposed here is a flat roofed shower room positioned to the rear of the garage and utility room and a conservatory beside this. This is a neat extension which will not adversely affect the neighbour's amenities. Recommend approval.
